One Series, Every Bolt and Rod Envelope

The AMH series covers bolt and rod straightening across six machines, each with a defined working envelope. Selecting the right one starts with two numbers — diameter and length of your workpiece:

  • AMH-B80 — bolts and rod workpieces 3–25 mm diameter, 60–600 mm length; servo-pneumatic-PLC integrated design.
  • AMH-B240 — screw bolts 4–30 mm diameter, 60–600 mm length; proven with M24/M16/M8 mixed production.
  • AMH-B450 — the heavy end: 20–50 mm diameter, 100–1200 mm length, for thick bolt stock and steel rods.
  • AMH-VB10 — vertical machine for long screw bolts with small diameter, typically chipboard screws.
  • AMH-R25 — single curve roller rod straightener, 20–30 mm diameter, from 350 mm length.
  • AMH-R40 — single curve roller for solid rods up to 40 mm and pipe 10–40 mm, from 800 mm length.

How to Choose Within the Series

Three questions sort the decision. Fastener or bar stock? Bolt work (threaded or plain screw stock) goes to the B series; solid rod and pipe go to the R series rollers. Slender or sturdy? Long parts with small diameter — where sag between supports corrupts measurement — belong on the vertical VB10. How heavy? Diameter and length together define part weight, which drives the handling design: from magazine loading to loader-manipulator-collecting table lines.

Beyond geometry, the same options apply across the whole series: auto loading and auto unloading units, in-line straightness checking units, CE standard, and higher automation levels including remote diagnosis and workshop automation. Send the workpiece drawing, material and tolerance — we confirm the exact machine and cell layout.
